Refund policy

All sales are final.

Because Jerk Gel is an intimate personal care product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Please review your order carefully at checkout — refunds are not issued on opened, used, or delivered product for any reason other than the exceptions below.

Defective product. If your order arrives damaged in transit, leaking, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jerkgel.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace defective product at no cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Order not received. If your order has not arrived within 21 days of the shipment confirmation date, contact us at hello@jerkgel.com and we will work with the carrier to locate the package or, if it is confirmed lost, ship a replacement at no cost.

Order changes & cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they enter fulfillment. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
