Shipping policy

Where we ship. Jerk Gel ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the following business day.

Shipping methods and rates. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We currently offer Economy and Standard shipping tiers.

Delivery times. Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days of fulfillment. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Damaged or lost shipments. See our Refund Policy for the procedure on damaged, defective, or lost shipments.

International orders. We do not ship outside the United States at this time. Any order with a non-US shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.
